Tameka Foster, the ex-wife of Usher is pretty upset that she lost the custody war over her two young children with the R&B star and is planning an appeal. That’s not surprising.

The twist here is that she’s blaming the judge who made the ruling, saying he was biased.

According to TMZ, the ungrateful Foster recently discovered that Usher’s lawyer’s law firm threw a fund raiser for the judge back in 2008 and that connection pushed the favor for Usher to win.

It’s interesting that she forgets that the same judge believed her claims that Usher was faking sympathy over her late son to continue to push the trial on, as well as forcing Usher to continue to his a credit card in his name for Saks Fifth Avenue… but yeah, he’s totally biased.

She’s currently interviewing lawyers for an appeal. The judge had no comment.

Usher definitely has a lot to sing about today — the ugly custody case he was in with ex-wife Tameka Foster has ended in a victory for him: he will get primary custody of his two sons.

Both were trying to go for sole custody with Tameka saying Usher was on drugs, faked sympathy for the death of her son (from a previous relationship — and even continued for the trial to continue a week after his death) and many other things. Usher felt Tameka was irresponsible and didn’t pay attention to their children.

Tameka will have some custodial privileges with the children, but Usher will have primary rights.

I guess the law has no time for sympathy.

Although he tried to hold off on it out of respect, a judge went against Usher‘s request to hold off on his upcoming custody case with ex-wife, Tameka Foster saying that the death of her son, Kile, will not interfere in the proceedings.

Usher had previously asked if they could hold off on the legal battle, while Tameka said that Usher’s mourning was faked and “bogus”. The Fulton County (in Georgia) judge has obviously sided with Tameka and says Usher must take the stand.

The case resumes August 13th and will last a few days.

Not even a week after laying her son Kile to rest after a tragic ski accident, Tameka Foster; the ex-wife of Usher has filed new documents in the fight for custody over the two children they share and is claiming that Usher is simply faking his sympathy for fans.

He asked the courts to delay the precedings in the case, saying that the stress from Kile’s death might cause “unnecessary stress and strain” for both himself, Tameka and their two minor children “in the immediate wake of this tragedy.”

However, Tameka claims that Usher is simply using Kile’s death to his advantage, saying that Usher didn’t care about Kile after their divorce, even though he considered him one of his own children when they were married.

Kyle Foster, Usher‘s ex-stepson from estranged wife, Tameka Foster passed away this morning following the tragic ski accident that left him brain dead nearly two weeks ago.

Doctors decided to remove the 11-year-old from life support after realizing that his injuries were too severe to recover from. According to TMZ, Tameka struggled with the choice to remove him, but sadly had to come to the choice of letting her son go.

Kyle was injured July 8th when a family friend who was riding a jet ski collided into him as he rode on an inner tube, according to authorities. The matter is being investigated.

Rest in peace, little one. My heart goes out to Usher and the Foster family at this time.
