In perhaps a huge middle finger to her impending divorce from Seal, Heidi Klum appeared on Katie Couric’s talk show and openly admitted that she and her bodyguard are in some kind of relationship, although she refused to properly define it.

She claimed that although she never strayed from her marriage, she and the bodyguard have gotten close in the four years they’ve known each other and states that they are “seeing” each other.

It’s an interesting development considering it’s the same bodyguard Seal accused Heidi of cheating on him with while they were married — although he eventually retracted his statements.

Yep, nothing shady about this “admission” at all, people.

Taking a page from TomKat’s book, Seal and Heidi Klum are pretty close to coming to a settlement for their divorce.

According to TMZ, Seal has wised up and come to terms that his marriage is over, realizing that the postnuptual he signed on will be “substantially honored” and is enforceable in court.

Seal was said to be pretty angry following their separation earlier this year and tried to fight the arrangement between the two of them, but has relented (more than likely due to the comments he retracted about Heidi’s alleged cheating ways).

Word to the wise: next time, keep your mouth closed, dude.

There’s always one side who shows off the worst side in a messy divorce.

Seal, who is currently in the midst of cutting ties with his estranged wife, Heidi Klum, bumped into TMZ cameras over the weekend and decided to break his silence and said that he hoped Heidi would not have been “fornicating the help” during their marriage.

So, where does this all come from?

It’s been speculated that Heidi has been dating her bodyguard and they’ve been spotted all around NYC for weeks now. However, Heidi and Seal separated in January and she filed for divorce in April, so she’s pretty much a free woman.

Following the video, Seal’s people backtracked and claimed that Seal was implying that they weren’t legally divorced yet (yeah, right) and Heidi released a statement saying that she felt bad over Seal’s comments, but they had both moved on and her main concern was ” and continues to be protecting and providing for our children.”

Well, you can’t knock her for trying.

After ending her seven-year marriage to singer Seal, “Project Runway” host Heidi Klum gave an interview to a German newspaper in which she proclaims that she’s not heading down the aisle ever again.

“I do not know if I would still get married. Although I really liked being married. I am a dreamer. I loved our annual fairytale weddings that were our big family gatherings. But then somehow it has unfortunately not worked.”

However, she’s not letting the heartbreak get to her.

“I look forward, I concentrate on my family, and I must say, I’m happy.”

This was one of those few marriages that you hoped would work… again, I’m a romantic. But onward and upward!

I guess the divorce from Heidi Klum really has Seal grasping for straws* (*penis). During an episode of Australia’s The Voice that aired this week, Seal–who serves as a mentor on the show alongside Joel Madden, Keith Urban and Delta Goodrem–made an off-camera repetitive hand movement, then threw his head up in ecstasy while he took in a contestant’s performance.
