Less than 12 hours after she took a plea deal that would keep her out of jail, Lindsay Lohan truly proved that she was taking the judge’s word to heart: she was seen trolling around the Hollywood nightlife…

…. but she wasn’t driving. So at least she listened to that.

The actress, who was sentenced to lockdown rehab, psychiatric help, more probaion and pretty much everything else but jail time she obviously needs, covered herself up with a blanket on Monday night as she was driven to the AV Nightclub. But considering there were paps everywhere, she decided not to chance it and went off elsewhere.

Her lawyer, Mark Heller, believed that this would truly be a turning point in her life, according to his comments following the court appearance yesterday morning.

“I think justice has been served,” he said. “I think the prosecutors treated her fairly. I am very confident you won’t see Lindsay Lohan in any criminal court any time in the future. She has recognized all the issues that need to be addressed. Lindsay Lohan is very happy with the end result.”

Of course she is.

One person who isn’t so happy with the result: her father, Michael, who also showed his face at the court house yesterday.

“Why are you still up here”, he questioned loudly as Heller made his statements. “I want to know—why are you still up here?!”

“Go home,” he continued continued. “You have done enough damage. Leave my family alone and stay out of the press. You are a parasite! Heller, go home to New York!”

Interestingly enough, the world is asking the same questions to his daughter (except for New York — we don’t want her, either).

Because the mess between Dina Lohan and Michael Lohan is never ending, the male part of the equation is now legally threatening his former wife claiming that what she said about him raping her is untrue and if she doesn’t quit it, he’ll take her to court.

Michael sent a cease and desist latter to his ex-wife, stating that the coke fueled sexual attack she says happened in 1990 never took place, calling the allegations “false, defamatory, and unlawful.”

In the letter the lawyer claims Dina has been harassing Michael of late by leaving a slew of messages on his phone and on the Internet.

Michael wants Dina to shut her mouth and stop contacting him once and for all — or he’ll sue.

He should be proud, though — without her, we’d never hear about him and we all know how much he likes to open his mouth.

Because Lindsay‘s overall nature needs some kind of starting point, her mother Dina has given undeniable proof that her ex-husband Michael Lohan used her as a punching bag way back in the day.

Entertainment Tonight has the nearly 25-year-old shots of the much younger Dina sporting quite a shiner underneath her left eye (some while holding baby LiLo), which she claims the volatile patriarch gave her.

In 1986, Dina and Michael dined in Cold Spring Harbor, but as the night warmed up, Michael started drinking heavily and snorted coke. She described this incident – when she was beaten by Michael – in shocking and perturbing detail, “When we left he was drunk-driving and suddenly he started screaming, ‘Get the f*** out o the car!’” He then clenched his fist and punched Dina in the face. Medical records support this claim and prove that Dina was being treated at the hospital for “blunt trauma to the face” on the 4^th of December, 1986.

The moment you feel that this family couldn’t get any more wonky, it does — and it goes further than you could even come close to imagining.

After it was revealed that she lied about her involvement in a June car crash that nearly sent her and her assistant to a very scary end, a judge has proclaimed that Lindsay Lohan will have her probation revoked very soon.

She’s going to be officially charged with lying to police about being behind the wheel of her Jaguar when it slammed into the back of that truck on the Pacific Coast Highway, which immediately gets her probation taken away.

“…when the Santa Monica City Attorney files the criminal case against Lindsay, it will go to L.A. County Superior Court Judge Jane Godfrey for arraignment. At the time Lindsay is arraigned, we’re told Judge Godfrey will revoke Lindsay’s probation and set the matter for a full hearing, on grounds she violated her probation in the jewelry case by breaking the law.”

There are people who actually want to be a part of this family?

The patriarch of the Lohans, Michael decided to appear on the Trisha Goddard talk show to find out once and for all if he fathered an illegitimate child with a woman back in 1995.

He appeared with the girl, Ashley (now 17) and the woman’s mother, Kristi, has claimed that Michael was her child’s father for years — and a DNA test done on the show (yes, if you’re wondering; Trisha Goddard is backed by Maury Povich) and lo and behold, he was the father.

Let’s just say what happened after that wasn’t a happy reunion.
