With only days before the auditions of season 3 were to take place, The X-Factor finally managed to snag two new judges for it’s upcoming season.

Taking over for Britney Spears and L.A. Reid will be Destiny’s Child founding member Kelly Rowland and Mexican superstar Paulina Rubio.

The two will be coming on with returning judges Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato.

…the pair are in final negotiations to join the show … with only minor details left to be hammered out before they sign on.

The deals will be done in the next few days, possibly as early as [Monday].

The Cowell created version of the music competition has struggled since it’s American inception in 2011 with the show getting more news on who’s been let go from the judging panel and hosting gigs as opposed to the winners of the series.

If their appearance during Beyoncé’s massive Superbowl Half Time show wasn’t enough for you hard core Destiny’s Child fans, you’re in luck — the girls are getting together one more time to release a new song!

Well, sort of.

The track actually belongs to original member Kelly Rowland and it’s set to appear on her upcoming fourth album — and it’s not really a DC track; it’s a Kelly track which will feature vocals by Beyoncé and Michelle Williams.

“It’s not a Destiny’s Child track, it’s me featuring Beyoncé and Michelle”, she explained to Billboard magazine.

So, it’s sort of like a Destiny’s Child track with Kelly taking the lead? OK…

Kelly’s album, Talk A Good Game hits shelves June 4th.

Kelly Rowland bares nearly all in an interview for Vibe magazine’s August/September issue to promote her latest album, Here I Am, on sale now.

Inside the magazine, which hits newsstands August 6, the now-unhinged singer opens up about her sexy new image: “I came into my sexuality while I was recording this album. I can walk into a sex shop now and not worry about what people would say if they saw me in there.” She added that she frequents adult stores “on the low” with pals. “I go at the right time. Nighttime. 1 a.m. The really good ones are open that late.”

My Neck, My Back (Lick It) rapper Khia took to her MySpace blog to blast celebrities Beyonce, Chris Brown, Amber Rose, Jamie Foxx, gossip site MediaTakeOut.com and more in a LOLz A to Z open letter.

She even outs former First Lady of Turks and Caicos, actress LisaRaye McCoy, as a sex mad bisexual who used her charms on QUEEN LATIFAH to land an acting gig on VH1 series Single Ladies, which Queen Latifah executive produces.

Among the other gems, she says Amber Rose “has been on a strippa pole since she was 5 years old, suckin clits since 12,” she asks Beyonce, “Can Kelly Rowland make a little bit of MONEY????” and spills the beans that at urban gossip blog Media Take Out, the “turnaround time on that job is about every 30 days.”

But Khia, whose last hit was in 2002, doesn’t have a chip on her shoulder. She says she’s just speaking her mind. “No hate intended because I am the industry and have the right to report all of the fuck shit that is going on in it. Remember, I am an entertainer and I am here to entertain…..Weren’t you entertained?….”

Yep, I certainly was entertained!
