What was the actual point, then? Seriously — the dude’s like Teflon when it comes to the law!

So after missing out on a court date regarding that odd as hell police chase, comedian Katt Williams was eventually grabbed by the L.A. Police Dept.

And of course, he was released only hours later, in spite of the fact that there’s yet ANOTHER bench warrant out for his arrest for missing ANOTHER court appearance.

He was picked up at his Los Angeles home by the officers and was said to have cooperated fully.

Upon being released last night, Katt gave his reason for being absent: he was busy dealing with yet ANOTHER court case, this one having to do with his children’s custody battle.

According to Katt, he was only arrested because he couldn’t be in two courtrooms at once … and chose the case that was more important to him — the case involving the custody of his children.

But when asked if the judge awarded him custody of his children, Katt explained, “No, I actually don’t [have custody] … the lady who tried to take ‘em and lost in court twice, they gave ‘em to her.”

Just think: whoever that woman is, she was the lesser of two evils.

In all of the monstrosity of dumb celebrity moments, we’ve apparently been missing out on the shenanigans of Katt Williams.

But no worries; he must’ve realized he wasn’t around and has decided now was the time to add to the list of things he’s most known for: being arrested or getting close to being arrested.

This time, a bench warrant has been issued for the sometimes comedian for failing to appear in court from that weird moment in time where he refused to stop for police on his three-wheeled motor vehicle.

The D.A.’s office has charged Katt with evading a police officer while driving in a reckless manner, a felony.

Katt’s accused of leading police on a wild chase through the streets of Sacramento … while riding a three-wheeled motorcycle.

Of course, this was all part of a three-peat weekend for him. Right after the “chase”, he smacked that Target employee and the day after, he got into a bar fight (which there also has been a bench warrant issued considering he refused to show up to court on that charge as well).

I guess it made sense for him to make the choice to possibly retire — unless he’s gonna be working as a common criminal from now on.

Is this really surprising? The man rarely shows up to his shows. Do you think he seriously cares about much nowadays?

Anyway, the IRS have placed a lien against the biggest hot mess of 2012, Katt Williams, claiming the comedian owes over $4 million in taxes from 2008 and 2009.

He owes $3,200,908.92 from 2008 and $829,352.11 from 2009, which brings him to an amount of $4,030,261.03 altogether.

This comes four days after he was given a citation for a parking violation, but does he really care?

I’m sure they’d threaten him with jail or something, but that doesn’t really seem to work considering they’d probably just let his ass out the very next day.

You would think for someone who uses a form of the word in each and every one of his acts, he’d look at himself.

But since Katt Williams would actually have to take the time to work through so many of his own issues and demons, that probably won’t happen — which is why it’s easier to call out someone like actor Jamie Foxx. And literally, at that.

Williams seems to be upset about the Oscar winner taking the role in the racially charged upcoming movie, Django Unchained about a slave who becomes a bounty hunter and goes on a rampage, killing slave masters to get to his wife, who was sold to an evil man played by Leonardo DiCaprio.

Upset enough not only to bash him on taking the role… but to claim Foxx is gay and even call out his supposed male lover.

I’m not saying I necessarily believe him after all of his oddity, but I’ll let you be the judge.

Katt Williams actually made it to one of his planned appearances during his tour last night. While performing in Hollywood, he explained the reason he smacked the Hell out of that Target employee two weeks ago, claiming that the guy called him the “n-word” in the heat of an argument.
