Well, we knew it would have to come to an end eventually — the Simpsons are officially no longer.

Yes, you read that correctly: Joe and Tina Simpson are officially divorced.

Misleading line, go!

Jessica and Ashlee’s parents have ended their union after 34 years of marriage; the papers were originally filed in September.

“It is an amicable split and there is no third party involved,” a representative said. “Any other related allegations are completely false. The family appreciates your respect for their privacy at this time.”

Those “related allegations” mainly have to do with the possibility of Joe switching teams, so to speak.

“[The marriage has] become insupportable because of the discord or conflict of personalities between [Tina] and [Joe]“, read the divorce petition and led to no “reasonable expectation of reconciliation.”

Uh-huh.

According to a report, the separation of Jessica Simpson’s parents, Tina and Joe hit the height of a very bad Lifetime movie when Tina planned to take her alleged gay husband’s life with a gun, before killing herself.

Tina apparently found some pictures of Joe’s lover, 21-year-old model Bryce Chandler Hill, taken in their Encino home and it all but confirmed that her hubby was not only cheating, but with men — which drove her right up a crazy wall.

Shortly before traveling to New York to confront Joe, 52, about his tryst with 21-year-old model Bryce Chandler Hill in August 2012, Tina scrawled a cry-for-help letter threatening to shoot herself after she discovered her husband’s homosexual tendencies, a source close to the situation tells Radar exclusively.

In the note, Tina, 53, also said she wanted to shoot Joe , her husband of 35 years, for cheating on her, a family insider reveals.

Joe came across the letter himself later on and handed it directly to his divorce attorney to help with his case.

No one from the Simpson camp has confirmed the news, but since breaking late last year, Joe is said to have a good amount of support from his eldest child.

“She’s going to stand by him and support his decision”, said another source. “After all, he’s still her father and Joe’s always been there for Jessica whenever she’s needed him…And not just as a father, but as her manager too.”

Who knew pregnancy could give someone diarrhea of the mouth?

An extremely bubbly Jessica Simpson has been making the talk show rounds for the upcoming season of her reality show, Fashion Star, and along the way has revealed some things the world wasn’t yet aware of — and some things the world never wanted to know ever.

On last night’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, the 32-year-old mother to be accidentally let slip that it will be a boy joining older sister (her first child) Maxwell — after making a quip that she didn’t realize “a wiener can make” her “nauseous”.

I kid you not, people. You can’t make this stuff up.

“Well, I guess I just told the world that I’m having a boy”, she clarified.

Um… sure.

Just the day before, she sat on Ellen Degeneres’ couch where she expressed that she was truly surprised that she was with child so soon after her first.

“I don’t know [how it happened], apparently protection was just thrown out the window!”

Way to be a role model there. Stop talking now, Jessica.

Jessica Simpson, currently on vacation from what in Hawaii shared her growing baby bump via a camera pic.

“Bumpin’ and Proud!”, she expressed on Twitter with the pic.

Rumor has it Jessica is about three months along with her quick second pregnancy (she filmed the announcement commercial in November — and looked a lot smaller), but considering how big she got her last time, perhaps it’s a good thing Weight Watchers is keeping her on!
