Crystal Defanti, a Calif. 5th-grade teacher at Isabelle Jackson Elementary School, made an embarrassing mistake when she sent students off for the summer with a DVD yearbook that contained scenes from her private sex tape.

According to reports, the disc contained the year’s school trips and functions from her class comprised of mostly 10-year-olds. Minutes into viewing seemingly normal classroom activities, the film cuts to Crystal Defanti engaged in a six-minute long graphic sex scene.

The unfortunate mixup was only discovered after the DVD had been disseminated to the entire class. Defanti then called several parents, hysterically crying, and asked for their assistance in alerting others.

The California school board will not terminate Defani’s employment, but will seek disciplinary action.
