Because the mess between Dina Lohan and Michael Lohan is never ending, the male part of the equation is now legally threatening his former wife claiming that what she said about him raping her is untrue and if she doesn’t quit it, he’ll take her to court.

Michael sent a cease and desist latter to his ex-wife, stating that the coke fueled sexual attack she says happened in 1990 never took place, calling the allegations “false, defamatory, and unlawful.”

In the letter the lawyer claims Dina has been harassing Michael of late by leaving a slew of messages on his phone and on the Internet.

Michael wants Dina to shut her mouth and stop contacting him once and for all — or he’ll sue.

He should be proud, though — without her, we’d never hear about him and we all know how much he likes to open his mouth.

Because Lindsay‘s overall nature needs some kind of starting point, her mother Dina has given undeniable proof that her ex-husband Michael Lohan used her as a punching bag way back in the day.

Entertainment Tonight has the nearly 25-year-old shots of the much younger Dina sporting quite a shiner underneath her left eye (some while holding baby LiLo), which she claims the volatile patriarch gave her.

In 1986, Dina and Michael dined in Cold Spring Harbor, but as the night warmed up, Michael started drinking heavily and snorted coke. She described this incident – when she was beaten by Michael – in shocking and perturbing detail, “When we left he was drunk-driving and suddenly he started screaming, ‘Get the f*** out o the car!’” He then clenched his fist and punched Dina in the face. Medical records support this claim and prove that Dina was being treated at the hospital for “blunt trauma to the face” on the 4^th of December, 1986.

The crazy never ends for the Lohan family and things are getting much worse.

Following father Michael leaking the audio of the phone call Lindsay made to him while mother Dina was going crazy (probably on cocaine), Dina is pushing her daughter to get a restraining order against her ex-husband, demanding that he have no further contact with her ever again.

Lindsay’s phone call to TMZ last week is apparently the tip of the iceberg for the reasoning — in an emotional state, LiLo expressed that she wanted nothing more to do with the man that helped in raising her, although she may not have fully meant that either: she feels that a restraining order may be too harsh and doesn’t really want to deal with court proceedings.

Guess she’s dealt with enough of those.

Dina has allegedly pulled her entire brood together  in hopes of pushing Michael out, but no one knows how they feel about the situation.

Lindsay has two brothers and a sister: Cody, Michael Jr. and Ali.

Of course, Michael had a soapbox moment when asked about Dina’s actions, expressing that he recently had Child Protective Services go after her and it’s the reason why she’s doing this now.

How about they both go to jail and they get the kids some proper help? All in favor?

I just can’t go there with this girl anymore.

Even though her father leaked the phone call audio of her outright saying that her mother was high on coke, Lindsay Lohan found a free moment to call TMZ yesterday and tell them that Dina was never on the drug and that things are fine.

During the call to the celeb site, the 26-year-old claims that the outburst came in a moment of anger.

“I told my dad a really hurtful and untruthful lie about my mom”, she said. “She was not on cocaine.”

Uh-huh.

She pushed away the strength of the craziness in the overheard argument saying that “Daughters have fights with their moms. It happens a lot. It’s normal.”

As for her father, Michael, who leaked the phone call to TMZ, she says that in a moment of desperation, she reached out to him for help (really, Lindsay? That seemed like a smart idea?) and he betrayed her for the last time, saying she is “done” with him and “doesn’t know what it means to be a father. He doesn’t want to be a dad.”

Lindsay, you don’t know how to be a human.

She’s currently back at the Cheateau Marmont in L.A., probably signifying that the ban is over, but who cares knows?

And it all starts to come out and make sense.

Yesterday’s rage fueled fight between Lindsay Lohan and her mother, Dina has calmed down enough to where the two have hugged it out before she headed back to Los Angeles, but it all had to do with the matriarch of the Lohan clan being on coke after coming home from partying together.

The audio of the phone call was leaked to TMZ by Michael Lohan, Lindsay’s father (there is no need to strike that out; he’s notorious for recording phone calls) and in it, you hear Lindsay explaining her mother’s “devil”-ish condition, going as far as to say that Lindsay was “dead to her”.

Mess. Mess. Mess.
