Baby, baby, baby, no!

Admittedly, Justin Bieber has somewhat calmed his antics down over these last few days — well, there was that drug bust not so long ago, but it’s a near fight with a neighbor that may have him singing for his life in front of a judge, if LA prosecutors have their way.

Back in late March, the 19-year-old got into an altercation with a neighbor who claimed the singer and his pals were causing some loud mischief in their shared space. When confronted, Justin got in the guy’s face and spit on him, threatening to “f*cking kill” the dude.

The case was investigated by the LA County Sheriff’s Dept. and it was sent to the DA on Tuesday.

Sheriff’s investigators are urging prosecutors to charge the singer with battery.  We’re told cops don’t think Bieber should go to jail, but he needs serious counseling because of his repeated and escalating bad behavior.

Law enforcement sources tell us … Sheriff’s investigators are worried that Bieber is either going to “get his ass kicked” or “someone’s gonna get a $2 million payday” unless the singer changes his tune.

As for whether this will see a court room, it’s unsure. A decision has yet to be made, but will be soon.

The moral of the story: don’t be a douche.

Yes, I’m well aware you didn’t expect anything differently.

The sweet rehab deal that would keep Lindsay Lohan out of jail is pretty much in the crapper after the actress decided to head to another rehab facility instead of the one she was appointed to.

She was supposed to turn herself into the Seafield Center Rehab facility in Westhampton, NY, but because she’s a dumb ass due to their non-smoking clause, she apparently hopped a flight at the last minute to possibly go to the Morningside Recovery facility in Newport, CA — a place not approved by prosecutors, the judge in the case or even her lawyers, who apparently had no idea she changed her mind.

In short … by not entering Seafield … Lindsay has violated her plea deal.  Lindsay’s lawyers are in court tomorrow along with prosecutors, where her attorneys are required to show proof of enrollment in Seafield.  It’s a good bet the judge is going to be pissed, and a better bet prosecutors will be pissed.

As that tomorrow is now today, the court case is currently underway and if the judge is just feeling that way, he can revoke her probation, issue a bench warrant and immediately send her to jail for the 90 days.

Of course, that will never happen — because it never happens.

A sad day for semi-celebrity porn loving enthusiasts.

If you were one of the no ones few hoping to catch former Buckwild cast members Shae Bradley and Jesse J (full name: Jesse Chapman Johnson) getting it on, you’re pretty much out of luck — a judge in the case to stop its release has demanded the footage to be destroyed immediately.

The former couple appeared in a Kanawha County (in West Viginia) court room Monday where Shae had been fighting to make sure the video never saw the light of the day — she was able to get an temporary injunction last week.

When they returned to court, the judge completely sided with her and demanded the footage of their romp be completely destroyed.

According to Jesse, he already had destroyed the tape when he realized Shae was taking him to court over this.

So congratulations; these kids are already attempting to push their 15 minutes even further after the cancellation of their show.

Singer Lauryn Hill managed to avoid being thrown behind bars for not paying her taxes, although there’s a hitch attached — she has two weeks to pay off a significant amount of her near-million dollar debt or she will head inside, whether she likes it or not.

The R&B legend was to be sentenced to prison today after pleading guilty to blowing off her 2005-2007 tax returns … but the sentencing was moved to May 6 to give Lauryn a chance to repay a chunk of her $968,000 tax debt.

Hill’s attorney said the singer recently signed a million-dollar recording deal with Sony … she was also planning to take out a $650,000 loan to put toward the bill.

According to the New York Post, the judge had some harsh words for the former Fugees frontrunner, claiming she hasn’t made any restitution other than $50,000 — although she had promised to pay more upwards to $554,000 by this time.

“This is not someone who stands before the court penniless,” US Magistrate Judge Madeline Cox Arleo said to Hill’s attorney, Nathan Hochman at yesterday’s hearing. “This is a criminal matter. Actions speak louder than words, and there has been no effort here to pay these taxes.”

The case has rescheduled the sentencing to May 6, with Hill promising to make more strides to pay off the debt by May 3rd.

It seems like Kevin Clash’s troubles are a little less than they were — if you’re looking at things relatively.

One of his many accusers has decided to withdraw his claim that the former Sesame Street puppeteer has sex with him while he was underage.

In documents filed in U.S. District Court in New York on April 15 and obtained by E! News, the plaintiff, who is identified only as “D.O.,” gave notice of voluntary dismissal without prejudice against the 52-year-old.

Of course, there are still the other three young men, including Sheldon Stephens, who recently refiled his claim against the voice of Elmo and recanted his comments after he said Clash’s settlement never came to pass.

EDIT (7:15 pm): Apparently, there are four other victims, not including the one that withdrew the case.
