Seems like one judge isn’t about letting celebrities push them over — and finally!

Former NFL star Chad Johnson was arrested yesterday in Florida after he failed to meet with his probation officer on two occasions and show proof that he completed a court appointed domestic violence class.

The entire thing stems from an incident last year when he headbutted ex-wife Evelyn Lozada after she confronted him on cheating allegations.

35-year-old Johnson appeared in a Broward County courtroom over his alleged probation violation — the judge determined Chad WAS in violation and ordered him to be arrested and jailed.

He attempted to say the entire thing was a “misunderstanding”, but he sure didn’t misunderstand being led away in handcuffs.

His bond was set at $1,000.

NFL star and VH1 fixture Chad Ochocinco might be the latest star who fell victim to a scorned former flame who allegedly leaked a nude photo purported to be of the Dancing With the Stars alum.

According to website BSO, an admirer of the 31-year-old released a nude of she claimed was of Ochocinco after a Twitter feud with his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada.

BSO reports:

“After she was called a Goblin by Chad Johnson’s ex-wife Evelyn Lozada on Twitter, she decided to go on a full out assault on Chad Johnson’s character.

She did the standard stuff. Released some text messages (took some work to do that collage), a “leaked” photo of Ocho and even an alleged video he sent her.”

In one of the images she released, it shows an unidentified male’s penis – and it looks more like cinco than ocho. Another photo she leaked shows Ochocino posing in underwear while self-snapping himself shirtless.

Is this a new thing in Hollywood?

Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada has decided that the headbutt attack from then-husband Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson that put her in the hospital is apparently water under the bridge, with the decision to let the current “no contact” order against him expire.

People close to the two say that Chad is nearly complete with the batterer’s counseling he was ordered to get when the attack occurred and is planning to request the judge in the case to lift it… and Evelyn, who is choosing to “move on” is all for letting it happen.

Chad had been sentenced to a year on probation and the class following the August argument in his car, when Lozada found condoms in the backseat. However, as Chad has finished early, he can request the probation to be ended early as well.

Evelyn claims that it has nothing to do with reconciliation — but we’ve heard that one before, too.

Chad Johnson, who sent his wife to the hospital after she found condoms in his car and surmised he was cheating was sentenced in a Florida court room this morning. He pled “no contest” and was given 12 months probation and ordered to enter a “batterer’s intervention program”?

Um… didn’t they try that before?

He will serve no time behind bars for his headbutt attack on his now ex-wife Evelyn Lozada, but was told to have no contact whatsoever with her during his probation period. He’s also been ordered to pay some sort of restitution; the amount to be determined at a later date.

And once again, another “famous” name gets off pretty much without punishment for attacking a woman. Only in America Florida, people.

A week after coming to terms with the end of his marriage, a Florida judge has put a quick finishing stamp on the union of Chad Johnson and Basketball Wives‘ star Evelyn Lozada.

The judge signed off on the divorce, filed by Evelyn last month. Chad only relented last week, realizing that they would never get past the headbutt he laid on her during an argument over his fidelity.

The two were married over Independence Day of this year and it was set to be aired on a now canceled reality spin-off of the two entitled Ev & Ocho.
