So it’s finally happened — Lindsay Lohan hightailed it out of the Betty Ford Center.

But don’t worry. This is actually the best thing: she’s left for another rehab facility to complete the 90-day judgement given to her.

The 26-year-old is now staying at Cliffside in Malibu, as it is better suited for a longer stay as opposed to the 30-day stay at Betty Ford, according to sources.

The move was approved by the prosecutors, the judge and Lindsay’s lawyer. They all agreed Cliffside in Malibu would be beneficial for [her] and everyone signed off.  She checked out of Betty Ford yesterday and is already settling in at Cliffside.

It is unknown whether or not Lindsay will be able to take her Adderall at Cliffside, but it’s pretty unlikely.

Despite even more madness from her family (namely her parents, Dina and Michael), we actually haven’t been hearing too much on the negative side for a while.

It’s too soon to tell, obviously, but let’s hope she keeps up the good work.

Well, she made it all of a week before we heard about her complaining — there should be a medal given because of that.

However, we all knew the time would inevitably come when Lindsay Lohan would start banging on the doors of the Betty Ford Center in order to be let out — and in an Alanis Morrissette-ian twist, it has to do with her wanting drugs.

According to reports, the rehabilitation center immediately cut LiLo off from taking Adderall pills, which she claims has to do with her having ADHD.

The California based clinic refuses to give the drug to anyone over the age of 15, which she is clearly well past, because they administer other medicines that “do the trick without the addictive qualities inherent in the drug”.

So Lindsay is hoping to haul ass out of there to another facility that will allow her to pop a pill at her choosing.

But she’s pretty much screwed — the prosecutors in her case are forcing her to stay at Ford, claiming that she had more than enough time (45 days) to find a suitable place to do the time at.

Also, Lindsay made the choice herself to go to Betty Ford and caused a bit of a ruckus while doing so.

A source connected to the situation says that another move is just “not gonna happen”.

This entire weekend was one huge production for Lindsay Lohan and probably one of her best performances to date.

In the span of three days, she narrowly avoided arrest, schemed her way back into the graces of an old friend and caused an all around ruckus around the simplest notion of her entering a rehab center.

Not to mention, the 26-year-old had a surprising sit down with a reporter, revealing what she says is all.

Former First Lady Betty Ford has died today at age 93. She was former President Gerald Ford’s wife and the founder of a drug and alcohol substance abuse center that bared her namesake after her own public struggles with addiction.
