Let’s clear this up: Pauly D did NOT get fat. Today he shot back at critics who accused him of turning tubby after unflattering photos surfaced from the launch of Rehab Sundays at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. He wore a lose fitting jersey, and sported a double chin in some photos.

“Ok Just To Clear Up A Few Things ,,, THere You Go !!!! Taking This Morning,” he wrote on his Twitter page, adding a self-snapped photo showing his ripped bod.  He followed it up with another shirtless photo, writing, “Just In Case U Still Confused.”

No, he wasn’t playing bongos naked again, but has revealed a fashion tidbot about his upcoming film Magic Mike. He designed his own assless chaps. YES. You read it right kids. At the premiere of his new flick Bernie last night, Vulture asked MM to discuss his character and wardrobe, reacting on a tip that McConaughey spends a few scenes in assless chaps. Matthew laughed and said: “You got to go check it out in a theater and find out, man.”

MARRIED Detroit 3rd circuit judge Wade McCree has come under fire after he sent a sexy shirtless photo to a married female court bailiff, but he’s not apologizing for showing off his physique.

“I’ve got no shame in my game,” he told reporters Monday, boasting, “You can almost get that here and now.”

And while the judge doesn’t believe he did anything wrong, the woman’s husband calls the photo “inappropriate.”

The image shows the judge posing possibly naked, cropped from the waist up, in his bathroom. He’s seen smiling in the self-snapped photo.

When 30-year-old actor Chris Evans isn’t wearing his superhero bodysuit, he’s rock climbing shirtless for Details magazine.

Chris, who stars as Captain America in The Avengers and previously as Fantastic Four‘s Human Torch, is super hot, muscular, and in danger of melting his fans.

And to think Chris almost didn’t sign up for his latest action hero role.

He told the magazine: “What if the movie comes out and it’s a success and I just reject all of this? What if I want to move to the f***ing woods? For a long time all I wanted for Christmas were books about outdoor survival.  I was convinced that the woods were calling me.”
