Quote of the Gay

“[I might] end up with a woman raising my children…that’s how androgynous I am! Yes, I was raised that open.

If I have something good in front of me, it doesn’t matter if it’s a person or a pair of shoes, I’m not going to test something else. It’s insecure and it’s immature.”

- Star Trek: Into Darkness star Zoe Saldana, sharing her openness on love and life.

The public’s return to a well-known park has been postponed for a little while longer.

Jurassic Park 4, the highly anticipated sequel in the franchise, has been put on hold with insiders saying that the script needs a bit more work.

Originally planned for the June 13, 2014 released, the film was to begin principal production on June 24. However, Universal Studios said that it needed more time for “development” purposes.

“In coordination with filmmakers, Universal has decided to release Jurassic Park 4 at a later date giving the studio and filmmakers adequate time to bring audiences the best possible version of the fourth installment in Universal’s beloved franchise,” said the studio in a statement.

Rumors of a possible shutdown of the new installment had been coming for days, with several (now deleted Tweets) from workers on the film confirming thew news.

No word on any new date for the film’s release.

The “Impossible” Continues

"Oblivion" Filming at the Empire State Building in New York City on June 13, 2012

Are you ready for your next mission?

Well, Tom Cruise is.

Still pressing on with the movie series that began in 1996, the 50-year-old actor has officially signed on for a fifth installment in the Mission: Impossible franchise.

According to Deadline, writer-director Christopher McQuarrie, who teamed with Cruise on last year’s action thriller Jack Reacher, is the top candidate to helm the film, but neither a director nor any other casting or plot details have yet been officially unveiled.

Ghost Protocol (the fourth movie in the series), which was released in 2011, brought in nearly $700 million worldwide, which made it Cruise’s biggest film of his entire career.

Catherine Zeta-Jones Needs Help

"Rock of Ages" World Premiere - Arrivals

It takes an extremely strong person to realize that they need help and actress Catherine Zeta-Jones, who has battled with bipolar disorder in the past, has proven it ten-fold: she’s entered a treatment facility to help her properly deal with things.

Through her rep, the 43-year-old beauty expressed that this was a preemptive strike to make sure things continue to be well for her and the people around her, entering a facility this past Monday.

“Catherine has proactively checked into a health care facility,” her camp said in a statement. “Previously Catherine has said that she is committed to periodic care in order to manage her health in an optimum manner.”

The actress admitted publicly that she suffered from the disorder in 2011, after initially seeking treatment for it.

“There is no need to suffer silently and there is no shame in seeking help”, she said. “This is a disorder that affects millions of people, and I am one of them.”

We wish her the best in her continued progress.
