Back in the early 2000s, Wade Robson was one of the biggest people in the music industry, although you probably might not recognize him by name. He’s a choreographer who helped Britney Spears, *NSYNC and many other pop stars find their groove.

It was also rumored that he was the reason for the break-up between then power couple, Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake.

He was also a close friend to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson.

The Australian born dancer met him at a very young age and Jackson helped him achieve his dream of dance in its early stages — including a sideway step into a hip-hop career that never went anywhere.

Throughout Michael’s trials and tribulations with child molestation charges in 2005(including a nod from Michael’s former housekeeper who claimed she witnessed Robson in the shower with the singer), he was interviewed and put on the stand, where he denied any wrong doing.

You can guess where this is going.

Eight years later and 3 following the death of Michael, Wade has gone back on his original claim, saying that he was in fact molested by the star and is seeking compensation from his estate.

What are you gonna do when the penis of Hulk Hogan comes for you?

Oh, man, that did not sound right at all.

Anyway, if you’re one of the few who didn’t get to catch the wrestling legend get it on with his then best friend’s wife, you’re pretty much out of luck: the 59-year-old won his case against web site Gawker, who had posted clips of the romp between he and Heather Clem and now has a temporary restraining order against their media firm, Gawker Media.

In her ruling Wednesday, Judge Pamela Campbell of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County ordered Gawker Media to remove all the footage of the video from the gossip site and its affiliates and return to Hogan’s attorneys all copies and versions of the full-length sex tape, including excerpts, clips, photos and transcripts.

Gawker had attempted to use the defense that it had become national news by the point of the lawsuit and that the clip had been seen by many eyes — obviously, to no avail.

Hulk had pretty much sued everyone, including his partner in the video and her husband, Bubba the Love Sponge (who he claimed set him up). They reached a confidential agreement months ago.

It doesn’t matter, though — we’ve all known where that mustache has been now.

Another day, another two oddities in the life of the Biebs.

We know Justin Bieber has given loads of love to his Beliebers in the past, but in an illustrated picture posted to his Instagram, it might be a bit too much love that none of us wanted to see.

Shared last night, the image shows a shirtless (are we surprised?) Justin cuddling with a female fan — in case you needed help as to who’s who, the picture is tagged with “Justin” and “Belieber” — who also looks to be shirtless… and both are covered by a blanket, which makes it seem as if their tops aren’t the only thing off.

Yeah, because that wasn’t odd enough just without shirts (the picture was drawn by a fan, obviously).

In more strangeness, another snag for his Believe tour: his May 6th appearance in Muscai, Oman has been cancelled, but a second show for May 5th in Dubai has been announced.

This is the second time in recent history he’s cancelled a show and has another show in a very close period of time in a similar region — although last time was due to low ticket sales.

It seems like Kevin Clash’s troubles are a little less than they were — if you’re looking at things relatively.

One of his many accusers has decided to withdraw his claim that the former Sesame Street puppeteer has sex with him while he was underage.

In documents filed in U.S. District Court in New York on April 15 and obtained by E! News, the plaintiff, who is identified only as “D.O.,” gave notice of voluntary dismissal without prejudice against the 52-year-old.

Of course, there are still the other three young men, including Sheldon Stephens, who recently refiled his claim against the voice of Elmo and recanted his comments after he said Clash’s settlement never came to pass.

EDIT (7:15 pm): Apparently, there are four other victims, not including the one that withdrew the case.

Subtraction and addition all in one day: just like Sesame Street.

It seems with all of the young men who have accused former Elmo puppeteer Kevin Clash of getting it on with them while they were underage, we would’ve heard about the lot of them a lot sooner — but with the claims that don’t seem to end, yet another young man has stepped forward saying that he, too was abused by Clash at a young age.

The fifth accuser, 25-year-old Kevin Kiadii says that when he was 16, he met Clash on a telephone sex line and eventually met up with him (being chauffeured by Clash’s luxury car) in his apartment, where he was given alcohol and lured into Kevin’s bed when Kiadii was 16 years old.

The suit, filed yesterday in NYC’s U.S. District Court, says the young man didn’t realize the effect it had on him until last year — when all of the other men made their claims.

“As a compliant victim showered with attention and affection, Kiadii could not reasonably have been expected to know that he had been injured and that Kevin Clash had caused his injuries until calendar year 2012,”  states court papers.

Michael Berger, Clash’s attorney, calls the newest case, “meritless and barred by the statute of limitations”, adding that Clash will “defend this case forcefully.”

As for the actual Elmo, he’s since been replaced with another voice actor, who was spotted at the White House Easter egg hunt over the weekend.
