Some people really don’t have the best luck with driving.

Seems like George Michael is one of those people — the 49-year-old pop star got into a car crash on the M1 motorway near St. Albans, Hertfordshire in England.

The fender bender occurred on Friday and left him with some minor bumps and bruises, but was otherwise OK.

A statement issued Friday by Michael’s rep said the careless whisperer was a passenger in a Range Rover that was involved in a traffic accident and was hospitalized for “superficial cuts and bruises” but was “fine.”

“No third party was involved,” a spokesman for Michael said. “We have no further comment at this time.”

The story definitely has some odd twists and turns with reports saying there was definitely a more severe injury of a man in his 40′s, who had to be airlifted to a nearby hospital — although no one seems to know who that man actually was.

There was also another car crash in Michael’s recent history, in 2010 (the singer was under the influence of drugs at the time).

Police are said to be investigating the matter.

Love makes you do the wacky — even if that “wacky” involves near murder.

Singer Christian Chavez, who you might remember from the Mexican supergroup / TV series RBD / Rebelde — or even the group’s attempt at an English crossover with the song “Tu Amor”, has been accused of nearly ending the life of ex-boyfriend Ben Stewart-Kruger after the two got into a crazy altercation back in April.

It allegedly stems from Ben showing off an image of Chavez in full drag on Instagram — which Chavez felt could harm his career.

The altercation sent both of them to jail on suspicion of felony domestic violence, but Ben claims that attempted murder should be added to Christian’s charges as the singer came after him with a knife during the fight.

“[Christian] attacked me, broke down bathroom door, armed with knife, attempted murder.”

In the docs, Ben explained, “We dated, I broke up with him, he was required to move out the day before this incident.”

“A verbal argument caused this issue. I was locked in the bathroom when police arrived.”

Chavez won’t be prosecuted for the time being as police feel there isn’t sufficient evidence to charge him, but the two are headed back to court on May 23.

As for now, Ben has been granted an order of protection from Christian — he must stay 100 yards away.

One way to stretch your fifteen minutes of fame? Denounce everything that made you somewhat awesome in the first place.

The man who made a near rape of his sister an internet phenomenon, Antoine Dodson released a statement that probably won’t be reworked into an auto-tuned track: he’s denounced his homosexuality and wants to get married and have kids.

Because, you know, you can’t do that with another man and be happy.

Oh, wait…

“I’m no longer into homosexuality I want a wife and family”, he posted on his Facebook. “I want to multiply and raise and love my family that I create. I could care less about the fame and fortune, I’ve giving all that up to know the true history of the bible. For I am the True Chosen Hebrew Israelite descendant of Judah”.

Yep, it’s a religious brainwash thing. Are you surprised?

“As True Israel I know that there are certain things we just can’t do”, he continued. “And I totally understand that now. I don’t need a Mercedes Benz, I don’t need a big house in Beverly Hills all I need is the Most High and my family (Israel). I have been awaken by the great and so should you.”

I’d prefer it if he’d go back to “sleep”, if you ask me.
