It seems like One Direction are seriously trying to take over the world at this point with everything they’re accomplishing in a short period of time: huge music sales, ticket sales and upcoming movie sales as well. So what’s the next step?

Why not a book?

Check out the cover of their upcoming autobiography (and fourth book overall), Where We Are: Our Band, Our Story — the image was revealed by the boys via Twitter.

“This is the only official book from 1D, charting their journey over the last year and a half – from the places they’ve visited and fans they’ve met, to their thoughts and feelings, hopes and dreams, highs and lows”, the official press release says. “It has been a phenomenal year – and this is a phenomenal story. This Christmas, there will be no other book that true One Direction fans will want!”

Way to pick into some pockets, y’all.

With a movie, a new album and a stadium tour all to come, it looks like the takeover has barely begun.

Where We Are: Our Band, Our Story hits bookshelves on August 27.

Took it long enough!

After constant teases and previews, we finally have a full, complete version of a new track from Beyoncé — and it’s the one song most of us have wanted for weeks!

The Timbaland-produced “Grown Woman” made it’s way to the ‘Net last night (the one from the Pepsi commercial) and everyone seems to be in agreement — this song is amazing!

Now, this is actually a leak (with some claiming that it’s actually a backing track for her current tour) and it seems like Bey and her people are taking down links and listening parties all over the place, so who knows how long this one will stay up. But trust me, you’re gonna wanna groove into this as quickly as possible.

Did I mention it’s amazing?!

With the finale of this season’s Dancing With The Stars coming tonight, the professional dancers are proving that nothing can keep the huge show from going on — even injuries that are detrimental not only to moving it on the dance floor, but to life itself!

The very sexy Val Chermkovskiy — yes, that’s Maksim’s brother — and his partner, Disney star Zandaya Coleman performed a move during a dress rehearsal that went wrong and caused a serious eye injury for him.

“It was an hour before the show, so everybody panicked,” he explained after last night’s show.

The show’s producers considered replacing him at the last minute, but the 27-year-old decided to press on.

“There were talks about replacing me, and that was not going to happen”, he shared. “I was just praying it was going to stop bleeding, which, thank God, it did because it’s a very deep cut.”

Weirdly, it actually helped his performance, he shared.

“My back is killing me. Like seriously killing me. My shoulder is killing me. [My eye] honestly took my mind off all that pain. I’m lucky it happened…It made me enjoy the moment a little more.”

Seems like one judge isn’t about letting celebrities push them over — and finally!

Former NFL star Chad Johnson was arrested yesterday in Florida after he failed to meet with his probation officer on two occasions and show proof that he completed a court appointed domestic violence class.

The entire thing stems from an incident last year when he headbutted ex-wife Evelyn Lozada after she confronted him on cheating allegations.

35-year-old Johnson appeared in a Broward County courtroom over his alleged probation violation — the judge determined Chad WAS in violation and ordered him to be arrested and jailed.

He attempted to say the entire thing was a “misunderstanding”, but he sure didn’t misunderstand being led away in handcuffs.

His bond was set at $1,000.

This probably didn’t need much confirmation, but here it is anyway.

In case anyone was holding out hope that he would return for a second year, Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane officially set the record straight that he would not be returning to MC over next year’s Academy Awards ceremony.

He brought in loads of ratings for this year’s ceremony, but it was rumored that industry insiders weren’t really too keen on his comedy style (there was some big thing regarding a song about boobs and whatnot).

“Traumatized critics exhale: I’m unable to do the Oscars again. Tried to make it work schedule-wise, but I need sleep,” he tweeted this afternoon. “However, I highly recommend the job, as Zadan and Meron are two of the most talented producers in the business. My suggestion for host is Joaquin Phoenix.”

No worries about him losing the high profile gig; he’s usually quite busy. He’s currently in the middle of shooting (and co-starring) in a new movie called A Million Ways to Die in the West, also starring Amanda Seyfried and Charlize Theron.

As long as they don’t bring back James Franco, I think we’re all winners.
