Police say a 19-year-old Cedar Springs, Mich. man with an unusual tattoo of devil horns on his face, and a knife with blood running down his neck was arrested on criminal sexual conduct charges involving a 13-year-old girl.

According to reports, Jason James Hughes had a sexual encounter with a minor in December 10, and charges were filled weeks later. The victim is an acquaintance of Hughes and his tattoos were not a factor in identifying him.

This is absolutely unthinkable! And the rape too. He posted $5,000 bail and is awaiting trial.
