A 53-year-old Texas woman was arrested on 911 abuse charges after she called to report her husband wouldn’t eat his dinner.

According to reports, Elsa Benson had called the Kerrville police department more than 30 times  in the past six months for non-emergency reasons. When police arrived at her door and she told them the reason for the call, she was arrested.
