Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo took a little vacay together to enjoy some Miami sun on Tuesday.

Nick will host NBC’s American Idol meets Glee series, The Sing-Off–an a capella competition set to air December 14. And Vanessa, don’t laugh here, is going to star alongside Kim Kardashian in an episode of CSI: NY on December 16. People magazine reports “The ladies play two women who’ve managed to concoct a very interesting scheme that ends in murder.”
