Beautiful occasional-lady Adam Lambert is tired of hearing the whining about his tranny fierce album cover, For Your Entertainment, and has taken to Twitter to defend his artistic vision:

Thank you to those who appreciate and understand that the album cover is deliberately campy,” he wrote this morning. “It’s an omage [sic] to the past. It IS ridiculous.

“For those that don’t get it: oh well…Glad to have gotten your attention,” he added. “Androgyny. Rock n Roll.”

He’s right, it is an homage–to his Lisa Frank Trapper Keeper past–and I love it!
