A Springfield, Virginia man was arrested on indecent exposure charges after a passerby cut across the man’s lawn, and looked into his window and saw the man naked, making coffee.

According to reports, Eric Williamson, 29, said he thought he was alone in his house, after his roommates had left, so he went into his kitchen, naked, at 5:30 am. unaware that anyone could see him.

Yes, I wasn’t wearing any clothes but I was alone, in my own home and just got out of bed. It was dark and I had no idea anyone was outside looking in at me,” Williamson said.

The complaint came from a woman, who cut across his lawn with a 7-year-old boy.

Williamson plans on fighting the charge and may attempt to see damages.
