Before we go any further, let’s start off with a quote from cinematic masterpiece Mean Girls:

“In Girl World, Halloween is the one night a year when girls can dress like a total slut and no other girls can say anything about it.”

Fuck that.

Now that we’ve got that out the way, Noah Cyrus (that’s Miley’s sister) showed up to the AIDS Foundation Dream Halloween benefit on Saturday dressed like a hoooo. And even though she’s only nine  years old–and that means I shouldn’t say things like that–I will. Why? Because she’s dressed like a hooooooo. But I say, if you’re going to slut it up, go all the way. They couldn’t give her some chicken cutlets and a Wonder bra? Or better yet, some double deez, a tramp stamp and a cigarette and she could’ve called her costume “Courtney Love.”
