A Pennsylvania college sophomore has been arrested for exposing himself to women, and has confessed to serial flashing acts that have victimized more than 200 Annville, Pa. women since June.

Hung “Mike” Thanh Vo, 19, was charged with indecent exposure, following complaints from four women who reported a flashing jogger. Police encourage anyone who has experienced similar incidents to come forward.

“I think a lot of them were more just shocked or embarrassed by this, humiliated, and may have taken it as a prank,” Annville Township police Chief Michael Burdge said. “In reality, people shouldn’t have to be subjected to that.”
