Johnny of Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Ruins keeps up his tradition of dropping trous in the show’s first week on the uncensored behind the scenes MTV Dailies blog. He even asks fellow cast mate Derrick to stick a special something in his culo, and it’s not a disco stick!
On a side note, Joel McHale on The Soup points out that the logo for “The Ruins” spells out “The Runs.”
