Sometimes it’s nice to know these things happen to famous people too. Nicky Hilton caused a major traffic delay yesterday while making the rounds at Fashion Week.  According to the NY Post, her credit card was declined multiple times as she tried to pay for a cab ride. Either it wasn’t the black card or it was broken–or something. And the delay pissed off Ali Hilfiger, who jumped out of her car to walk down the block to get to her dad’s digs.
