Elijah Wood (above, at left) went on Tonight Show, yesterday, to promote his animated flick 9, in theaters September 9, and he gabbed on how he gets mistaken for fellow shorty Harry Potter’s Danielle Radcliffe (above, at right):

“During the Lord of the Rings time, because LOTR and Harry Potter came out around the same time, and both were sort of fantasy driven films. So one could understand the mistaking of identities. But it still happens. I was actually at a restaurant the other night, and this guy sort of leans over and says, ‘excuse me, I loved you in Equus.’
He thinks he’s seen me naked. I don’t know how comfortable I was with that.”

I’d like to think he resembles Rob Thomas more so than Daniel Radcliffe:

Conan O’Brien also unearthed Elijah’s WTF/LOL viral clip from his stint on Yo Gabba Gabba, and quipped “I’m watching with my kids, and I kept thinking, man, Elijah really cares about kids and wants to educated them–or gambling debts.”
