Because he just wasn’t coming off skeevy enough, Kim K. ex, Kris Humphries is now at the forefront of the STD train today after being sued by a woman who claims he gave her herpes.

Kayla Goldberg says she and Kris met back in 2010 (even before his sham marriage to Kim Kardashian) at a cafe in L.A. After flirting and exchanging info, the two apparently exchanged fluids later that night… without protection.

A week later, Kayla had “a sore throat, fever, body aches and immobilizing pain, as well as extreme vaginal irritation and painful lesions on her genitalia” and was diagnosed with herpes.

She’s suing for sexual battery, claiming Kris never told her about the disease.

Of course, this isn’t Kris’ first time being accused of not knowing how to use a condom, but unlike that time, this can’t go away suddenly.

Kris couldn’t be reached for comment as he was taking his Valtrex dosage.
