It’s too bad Adam Lambert decided to swap spit bubbles and don facial glitter with boyyyys, ON CAMERA. His fate with American Idol is pretty much sealed. But he’s hardly the only member of America’s favorite show to have some embarrassing and unfortunate photos surface at the most in-opportune moment. So let’s take a look at the most embarrassing and regrettable photos from “American Idol” contestants.


Who: Frenchie Davis – The rubenesque season 2 favorite was poised to take the American Idol title until someone googled the fat bitch and found out she modeled with her tah-tahs out and masturbated a little bit on cam.
Regrettable photo: Topless/lingerie modeling. Although we can’t find those particular photos, we’re sure Frenchie regrets the one above too.
Repercussions: Kicked off the show, but scored a sweet gig on Broadway starring in “Rent.”



Who: Antonella Barba – A typical New Jersey twat who took a few slut photos for her MySpace profile no doubt, that resurfaced when she vied for a spot in the final top 12.
Regrettable photo: “American Beauty” inspired nearly nude photo of her body covered in rose petals, and a wet t-shirt shots.
Repercussions: Controversy surrounding the images led to offers to appear in the esteemed “Girls Gone Wild,“ and Barba became the most searched person on the Internet — even eclipsing a recently dead Anna Nicole Smith. Ultimately she fell out of favor with ‘Idol’ fans and got the boot before she could make the final 12.

Who: Jason Castro – Easy going, slow talker, has dreds and loves Bob Marley. Can we do the math here?
Regrettable photo: Party photos of Jason puffing the magic dragon.
Repercussions: None, but shattered his wholesome kid-friendly appeal.


Who: David Hernandez – There’s something about working at a gay strip club named Dick’s Cabaret and appearing fully nude and giving lap dances to male clientele that just makes gay rumors unavoidable.
Regrettable photo: Shirtless gay strip club photos with drag queens, strippers and gay porn stars
Repercussions: Although he was a strong contender, he was the first person eliminated from the final rounds. The View’s Elizabeth Hasselbeck weighed in and suggested that his elimination was caused by Idol producers trying get rid of him.


Who: Clay Aiken – Anyone who didn’t know Aiken was a Gaylord is probably also a part of the Barry Manilow fan base, which totally explains why he got away with denials about his sexuality until he came out in People magazine.
Regrettable photo: Sexxxxxay shirtless photos and chat transcripts from Aiken’s web cam chat/jack off session with a gay whore who later became a big bottom in gay porn.
Repercussions: Waaaay embarrassing and fodder for even more jokes. It did not affect his already dwindling music career.


Fantasia – Illiterate ghetto ho and season three winner still keeps it real, even after “American Idol” success–just check her phone.
Regrettable photo: Sent booty/slut photos from camera phone to a lover.

Repercussions: None, just lots of laughs.
