A Calif. Woman’s plan to take home big bucks in a grocery store holdup failed when the 11 people she robbed at gunpoint were only able to produce $6, that’s about $0.55 per person!
According to reports, the robber brandished a semi-automatic pistol during the robbery at La Chicanita Market in Thermal, Calif. on Tuesday, pointed it at 10 people in the store and demanded cash from the patrons. Unable to produce any money, she pointed her gun at someone entering the market, who was able to give her $6.
A policewoman told reporters that suspect “then fled in an old car,” and nobody was hurt. The suspect is still at large.
