Victoria Beckham was snapped arriving at Heathrow airport yesterday looking fierce as always and with a nearly $40,000 crocodile Birkin bag in hand, but it doesn’t look like she’s wearing Dr. Scholl’s shoes to me!

Over the weekend, some photos of her unsightly feet hit the interwebs and revealed she has painful bunions under her signature sky high heels. And while medical authorities recommend that people who suffer from bunions should wear comfortable shoes, she remains undaunted. In the past she famously bashed wearing flat shoes in the past:

‘I can’t concentrate in flats. I could go to the gym if I wore flats. I’d love to go to the gym but I just can’t get my head around the footwear. I beyond hate ballerina flats. I can’t walk in them. Unless they’re on a ballet dancer doing ballet, I just don’t get it. I love heels.’
