Katy Perry will be an awesome ‘X Factor’ US judge
Katy Perry was a big hit in her stint as guest judge on X Factor last week. In fact, she impressed fellow judge Simon Cowell so much, he’s said to have offered her $340,000-a-week to judge the US version of The X Factor.
Hold on, let’s look at that again: $340,000-a-week!!!

A source said: “Simon wants to get the judging names signed, sealed and announced within six weeks. He wants at least one massive American star, someone who is known globally, plus one Brit and at least one authoritative male.
“Katy was thrilled, especially by the package which is said to be a $340,000-a-show deal.”
I support this 100%!!! Katy Perry is going to be the greatest judge of all time. You want to know why? Like most people in the music industry, she doesn’t care about the noise coming out of someone’s mouth–she just wants to see the goods under the shirt.

NFL linebaker Brandon Spikes sex tape leaked
Patriots rookie linebacker Brandon Spikes has a sex tape hit the interwebs yesterday. According to Boston Herald, the video was first offered to Deadspin.com for $1,500, but when they balked at paying, World Star Hiphop obtained it. The video, which originated on Chatroulette, features the 22-year-old lying on a bed as a Dollar Store version of Kim Kardashian performs oral sex on him. A source says it was filmed when he was in college. Spikes has since confirmed that he is the person seen in the tape and says he’s “embarrassed.”
I’m not sure what number is printed on the back of his Patriots jersey, but judging by the tape, it looks like it might be “8″

Paris Hilton thought cocaine was gum
More details are coming out about Paris Hilton’s Vegas arrest for cocaine possession last weekend. According to reports, she says she borrowed the purse she was carrying and had no idea that it contained a baggie of cocaine. When officers spotted the baggie, she said it was the first time she saw it and believed it was gum.
While speaking to police following a weekend traffic stop, Hilton denied the baggie belonged to her. In fact, she said, the purse wasn’t hers either; she had borrowed it from a friend.
But somehow, according to Hilton, the contents of the purse were split between hers and the friend’s.
She claimed ownership of a broken Albuterol pill, Zig Zag wrappers commonly used to smoke marijuana, $1,300 in cash and credit cards. But, “She said several cosmetic items inside the purse were not hers,” according to the police report.

Paris Hilton arrested for cocaine possession in Vegas
Paris Hilton was arrested on suspicion cocaine possession charges after Las Vegas police allegedly found a white powder substance in her purse last night. And about 35 seconds later, she was released on bail from the Clark County detention center.

The socialite, 29, was in the passenger seat of a car driven by a male thought to be her boyfriend, nightclub owner Cy Waits. Why was Hilton pulled over near the Wynn Hotel and Casino in the first place? Las Vegas police spokesman Marcus Martin told the Associated Press cops thought they smelled marijuana coming from the car: “Officers noticed a vehicle leaving a smoke trail of a controlled substance [and] made a stop based on that.” He added that a crowd gathered to witness the police stop after Hilton was recognized by passers-by.
