John C. Reilly visited Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights kickoff event on Friday and posed with sideshow freaks inspired by his upcoming film Cirque Du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant. Is it just me or does the big on the right share an uncanny resemblance to Chelsea Handler’s favorite homo pal Guy Branum? And the dude on the left looks a lot like the guy whose name nobody can remember from the Black Eyed Peas? Doesn’t it suck to be that person in a group? I’m sure that’s how it feels to be a Pussycat Doll if you’re not Nicole Scherzingerdoodle.

Some movies are just destined to break records and score big with the critics. Take for instance, I Kissed a Vampire, starring High School Musical alums Lucas Grabeel and Drew Seeley, and the Meryl Streep-in-the-making Adrian Slade. It’s a musical take on what it’s like “falling in love when you’re in the middle of turning into a vampire” (or unemployed actor–depending on how you see it).

And among the comments like “OMG, I CAN’T WAIT,” “wow drew love you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,” and “i love it ,drew is the one who cast his vampire charm on me i can’t hardly breathe,he can bite me instead of her anyday,so irresistable can’t wait to see it ,drew makes a damn hott sexy vampire;” I found this one gem of truth that speaks to the masses:

I could film myself taking a shit while humming a song and it would be far more interesting than this.

The opening title sequence for Courtney Cox’s new show Cougar Town reveals the city’s real-life location. Best known as a community for retirees, senior citizens and marinas, the sleepy south Florida city of Sarasota has been revealed as the setting for the series.

But is Sarasota really a haven for cougars? ANSWER: The city is largely affluent and has one of the highest divorce rates in the state. The show premieres tomorrow night on ABC.
