I think the majority of people had started to feel a bit more respect of The Jacksons, namely matriarch Katherine for finally stepping up and doing the right thing for late son Michael’s children — but no worries, they’re still just as crazy as ever.

Turns out the documents from their lawsuit against concert promoter AEG Live (who were heading Michael’s failed This Is It  tour) have been released and they’re suing the company… for an excess of $40 BILLION in their wrongful death suit and hiring of Dr. Conrad Murray.

Yes, that’s a “B”. Not a mistype.

The kids want $10 billion for all of the future earnings they claim MJ would have scored had he lived.

They want an additional $50 million for various other damages.

AEG Live claims the $40 billion is preposterous because Michael’s career was in a downward spiral following the child molestation allegations, as well as self-imposed exile in the Middle East.  They claim the damage claim is based on rank speculation.
