If you once were a medical professional who worked with Michael Jackson, life hasn’t been too great for you — and today, things got even worse.

Conrad Murray, whose currently serving time for the involuntary manslaughter of the pop icon, will have to face a judge again as he’s just been demanded to be a part of Katherine Jackson’s wrongful death suit against concert promoters AEG, who were the backing force behind MJ’s failed This Is It tour.

According to legal docs, Mrs. Jackson wants Murray to testify about comments he made in his documentary, in which Murray said an AEG honcho told him, Jackson was on “death skid row” and AEG owned “the toilet paper he wipes his ass with” and “the f**kin’ popsicles that his children are sucking on” and “if he doesn’t get the show done he’s over.”

The matriarch believes his comments will show the promoters were negligent with her son’s life and therefore, will prevail against them.

As for Michael’s other doctor and close friend (and possible father to his children), Arnold Klein, he has a warrant out for his arrest for not turning over goods regarding his filing for bankruptcy, including artwork and a a 2001 Ferrari Spider to a bankruptcy trustee.

Klein told TMZ, “It’s bulls**t, it’s fraud.  Have them come arrest me.”

Well, a judge has just done that, sending U.S. Marshals his way to arrest him and send him to federal prison until he turns over the properties.

Talk about a “thriller” all over the place.

Talk about nearly having a crap day — literally.

Kelly Osbourne was faced with a very interesting “damned if you do, damned if you don’t” choice yesterday while using a public bathroom (which was just nasty on it’s own) — either fall and hurt herself or meet some toilet water, up close and personal.

And obviously by the above shot, you can see how that worked out.

“Got my shoe stuck in a bathroom drain”, she posted on her Twitter. “I was faced w/ spraining my ankle or eating the toilet! Guess what I picked?”

Yeah, I would’ve picked that, too.

“I just could not [bear] the thought of my face landing in a public toilet!” she explained. “However I’m now questioning my decision due to the pain!!!!”

Well, better than pain than some tetanus shots, I guess.

No worries; the girl is doing just fine — thanks to some help from her loving boyfriend, Matthew Mosshart.

You gotta admit that most celebrities aren’t as charitable as they should be, but most celebrities aren’t the pop group One Direction, who released their music video for the Comic Relief charity single, “One Way or Another (Teenage Kicks)” yesterday.

In the sweet clip, the boys act silly in pieces filmed all over the world from their mini-world tour to promote their Take Me Home album — but there’s a bit more behind the simple, yet adorable video.

“Instead of spending a lot of money on a music video”, explains Harry Styles, “we decided to make it ourselves while we were on tour and give the money we saved to Comic Relief.”

Not only are they cute and talented, but you gotta love it when they use those talents and cute moments for a greater good.

Sounds like a little zig-a-zig-ah is going to be coming our way!

NBC’s hit show, America’s Got Talent has found a replacement for Sharon Osbourne, who left the series at the end of last season (following the firing of her son, Jack from another competition series, Stars Earn Stripes) and it’s another infamous Brit import.

Melanie “Scary Spice” Brown will be joining the judge’s table for the new season alongside Howie Mandel and Howard Stern.

“I’ve known Melanie since she did Dancing with the Stars, and I’ve known her as a performer in The Spice Girls before that,” said NBC president of alternative Paul Telegdy, who was previously at Dancing production company BBC Worldwide America. “To know her is to know a very frank, strong, enduring entertainer. Someone who has a very strong point of view. We needed somebody who was qualified for the job. She’s an amazing singer, dancer and a huge personality. The contestants will get a lot of constructive feedback from her and I can’t wait to see her chemistry with Howard and Howie.”

This isn’t Mel’s first go-round as a judge: she’s also been on the panel of Australia’s version of X-Factor as well as guest hosted on the original British version.

Rumor has it that another judge may also be hired on the series, set to begin it’s fifth season this Summer.
