Just when I was beginning to miss her, look who made her triumphant return!

It’s been a moment since we’ve heard from the crazy that is Amanda Bynes (actually, it was way back in September), but have no fear — the former actress is still doing what she does best: being a huge mess.

Turns out she had to move out of her NYC apartment recently after the landlord threatened to throw her out for pretty much making the place smell like nothing but weed 24/7.

We’re told management made the decision after getting several complaints of marijuana smoke coming from her apartment — “morning, noon and night.” Sources say she was also seen smoking weed in the hallways.

FYI — it’s a non-smoking building.

Rather than fight or complain, she simply decided to blaze up pack up her stuff and move on out.

Let’s hope she wasn’t driving herself, though — we all know how that usually turns out.

The intense conclusion to Ronaiah Tuiasosopo’s interview with Dr. Phil aired yesterday and while even the host ended the show with telling the viewers that it was up to them to believe the hoaxer’s sincerity, what was actually said and done was pretty crazed.

In the hour-long closer:

• Ronaiah revealed that he had been molested and raped for years, beginning at age 12, at the hands of a family friend; a pastor and youth minister: ‘I felt that I couldn’t do things, accomplish things, pursue things, live out as Ronaiah,” Tuiasosopo said. ”And I felt the need to create this (the “Lennay” character). It has everything to do with what I went through as a child.” It was also explained that it has been his only sexual experiences — hence the confusion about being gay from part 1.

• he never told his parents, especially his father — because he thought he’d lose him again (his dad, Titus expressed that because of his career (oddly enough, as a football player), he was out of his child’s life for many of his early years).

• his parents were asked straight out how they would react with their child was actually gay: “He is still my son, and we love him unconditionally,” his father said.

Very sad weekend here in New York City.

Former mayor Ed Koch, whose jovial spirit and catch phrase of “How am I doing?” to every New Yorker he managed to pass by during his 3 turns in office, passed away early yesterday after many illnesses. He was 88 years old.

Koch served in the United States House of Representatives from 1969-1977 and three terms as mayor of New York City from 1978-1989. He’s credited with rescuing the city from dire financial straits during his time in charge.

I don’t remember too much about his time in office; I was way too young there… but whenever I did catch him on my screen, he always had a positive demeanor, seemed proud of his city and definitely was a person who had no fear in speaking his mind.

The life long bachelor, who many believed was gay, spoke about it a couple of times in his career, but the best quote might possibly one that was never meant to be heard.

Damn, little dude; I understand being 18 and all, but slow it down!

Seems like Justin Bieber is definitely kind of losing it lately. The young star is not only still getting caught with weed in his grasp, but there are new photos circulating around of the young star sitting near some “sizzurp” — also known as codeine.

The weed stuff is really nothing new — although him smoking some outside of an L.A. home with rapper buddy Lil Za is (don’t ask me who gives them these names — and yes, that’s him in the pic with the singer above) — but the new pics of him at a party drinking out of a “double cup” (which is apparently “a known style of consuming sizzurp which was made popular by Lil Wayne”) is quite the new and surprising development.

In one of the photos, Bieber is drinking out of a double cup. Sources connected to Justin adamantly deny he uses the drug.  Based on multiple recent photos, however, it’s pretty obvious he smokes pot. In the pics, we don’t see anyone present actually consuming the drug.

Considering he’s sort of a big thing among a younger audience, whether he was drinking or not — the boy is being pretty dumb.

Also, he still isn’t getting the lesson about who to loan his cars out to — turns out this Lil Za got into a run in with cops after being caught driving in the Biebs’ ride without a license early Friday morning.

Really good gang of people he’s hanging out with there. Dumb ass.
