I guess anyone can have a change of heart when their actions make them look guilty.
Although he was pretty quick to book it out of the scene of his huge brawl with singer Frank Ocean and their entourages, Chris Brown is now demanding to talk to cops about his involvement — or as he claims, how he wasn’t involved.
Chris and his posse were the first ones to leave following Sunday night’s bash at a recording studio where things got too heated over a parking space, but he reached out to his lawyer, Mark Geragos, who contacted law enforcement to give his side of the story.
More after the jump.
Allegedly, it all has to do with a surveillance video that Geragos claims to have that puts Chris in the clear — but oddly enough, it puts Frank in the clear as well since it only caught the very end of the fight and shows both of their entourages (Ocean’s and Brown’s) getting into it, which was inside of the recording studio’s lobby. There was no camera in the parking lot, where the fight began.
Chris apparently had a good reason for leaving, though — Geragos had ordered him should he ever get into any trouble like this, he needed to hightail it out of there.
Well, he’s done that plenty of times.
But oddly enough, for someone who claims he didn’t throw the first punch, he’s been spotted around with a cast on his hand — the same one he’s used in the past to throw his punches.
I’m thinking he and his lawyer should really re-think this whole “talk to cops” thing. It’s not looking good.
