Perhaps it was only one of those 24-hour bug things, but Lindsay Lohan has pretty much snapped back to full health and is planning to be present at her court hearing Wednesday morning.

Of course, it probably helped that TMZ posted those photos of the so-called “sick” actress shopping on Saturday when the letter she presented to the judge in the hearing proclaimed she was dealing with the flu.

OK, maybe it has a lot to do with those pictures.

Anyway, LiLo and her even odder mother, Dina hopped on a flight to Los Angeles early Tuesday evening to make sure they arrived.

But what about that whole other part — the stuff where Shawn Holley is planning to release Lindsay from her client list?

… we’re also told Lindsay has been “begging ” Shawn Holley to take her back as a client.  As we reported, Lindsay sent Shawn a letter firing her and even signed legal docs having Shawn removed as counsel.

We’re told Lindsay and her peeps are now pleading with Shawn to come back.  Lindsay is crying that she can’t stand Heller and wants it the way it was … problem is, Lindsay already made her bed and as we already reported, Holley is over Lindsay for good.

So, your old lawyer doesn’t want you, you apparently don’t like your new one and your busted in a lie with photographs to boot?

This is the best act Lindsay has had in years — and I’m actually interested in seeing how it ends!
