Humina, humina, humina. Bravo executive and Watch What Happens Live late-night chat show host Andy Cohen shared with his Twitter followers on Saturday a sexy shirtless snap he uploaded to Instagram. Don’t worry. The blue-ish filter doesn’t dull his fit chest and abs.

The 44-year-old is seen standing on a paddle board, smirking and revealing his Fire-Island-ready muscles while wearing only swimming trunks. He captioned the photo: “Where I wish I was right now. #GratuitousPaddleboardShot.”

If I didn’t know any better, I would’ve guessed I was looking at a slab of prime beef on a Michael Lucas DVD box (P.S., don’t Google that if you are at work).

Is this truly the final frontier?

Check out the recently released poster for the sequel to the reboot of the Star Trek films. The newest film, titled Star Trek Into Darkness isn’t set for release until May of 2013, but the sci-fi geeks of the ‘Net are definitely going a bit mad for this new  image.

The new installment sees the crew of Starfleet finally headed back home, only to find their planet nearly destroyed by a super strong force and having not only to fight for their lives, but for life as they once knew it.

Star Trek Into Darkness flies onto movie screens May 17, 2013… but if you need a little more, check out the Japanese teaser trailer (with extra footage from the American one) after the jump!

The nominees for the 2013 Grammys were announced last night via a live concert on CBS and while the usual suspects are included (Taylor Swift, Coldplay, etc.), everyone is taking notice that there are a lot of new players in the musical game this time around.

Singer Frank Ocean (who came out this year) got multiple nods, as did alt-rock group fun. (who better thank Glee if they take it home), Ed Sheeran (the beautiful singer-songwriter from the UK)… and Carly Rae Jepsen.

Yeah… that song was nominated.

Some huge names were omitted from this year’s list, including some massive sellers and artists who have popped up on the list one way or another in the past, including Nicki Minaj, Justin Bieber and yes, my fave One Direction (two #1 albums; the first being a record breaker, loads of singles and not one mention?!).

Welcome back to the world, Your Highness!

Kate Middleton was released from a London based hospital this morning following her bout with hyperemesis gravidarum (a.k.a. “acute morning sickness”) due to her first pregnancy.

She was all smiles with her husband, Prince William as they departed the King Edward VII Hospital.

Following her release, the Duchess sent out a letter of thanks to the staff of the facility expressing her “care and treatment” and said that she would be returning to Kensington Palace “for a period of rest”.

I think that translates into “vegging out and not doing a damn thing”.
