Oh, how the mighty have fallen… and fallen hard.
Comedian Katt Williams is no stranger to getting in the cross hairs of police: Google “Katt Willams arrests” and you’ll see it for yourself. But it’s coming to light just how unhinged he’s become.
Case in point: he was caught on camera smacking the crap out of a Target worker… and it was only hours after being chased by police in the weirdest chase ever!
Last week, Katt went on a reckless drive on a three-wheeled motorcycle through Sacramento and refused to stop for the police who pursued him, screaming out “I’m not going to stop” to the law enforcement workers.
For the safety of pedestrians, they decided to let him go (but will seek to press charges in the near future). But that wasn’t the end of Katt’s crazed day.
Read on (and see videos) after the jump.

He made his way to a local Target store after the chase that wasn’t and got into a heated discussion with a worker.
What was said is unknown as the surveillance footage has no audio — but out of nowhere, Williams smacks the cashier right across the face and seemingly stands there, waiting for retaliation.
When it eventually comes in the form of a phone call to police, Katt walks to a motored wheelchair in the store and drives off.

He wasn’t arrested for the assault, either.
In case you were wondering how bad things have gotten for the once prominent and hilarious star, this is his fourth time in a month regarding him either getting arrested, threatened to be sued or causing some kind of overall ruckus.
Drugs are bad, mmmkay?
