And here I thought the only bone to be broken was a wishbone.

If that were the case, Halle Berry would’ve wished for anything other than what occurred at her place today – a huge fight between her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry and her current fiance, actor Olivier Martinez which sent one to the hospital and the other to jail!

Earlier this afternoon Aubry entered Halle’s driveway to drop off their daughter, Nahla. In an odd move, Martinez went to grab her instead and told Halle’s ex, “We need to move on”; referring to the court win that allows Gabriel pretty much gets to keep his daughter in the same country as he’s in now. There was more said, but it’s hard to know exactly what it was as it was all in French (both men speak it fluently).

And that’s when all Hell broke loose.

According to witnesses, Gabriel then pushed Olivier and threw a punch at his face, but Olivier blocked it and the punch struck him in the shoulder instead. We’re told Gabriel then pushed Olivier to the ground, and Olivier cold-cocked him in the face, and a struggle ensued, ending with Olivier pinning Gabriel to the ground.
