Two Lohans, Both Screwed

The moment you feel that this family couldn’t get any more wonky, it does — and it goes further than you could even come close to imagining.

After it was revealed that she lied about her involvement in a June car crash that nearly sent her and her assistant to a very scary end, a judge has proclaimed that Lindsay Lohan will have her probation revoked very soon.

She’s going to be officially charged with lying to police about being behind the wheel of her Jaguar when it slammed into the back of that truck on the Pacific Coast Highway, which immediately gets her probation taken away.

“…when the Santa Monica City Attorney files the criminal case against Lindsay, it will go to L.A. County Superior Court Judge Jane Godfrey for arraignment. At the time Lindsay is arraigned, we’re told Judge Godfrey will revoke Lindsay’s probation and set the matter for a full hearing, on grounds she violated her probation in the jewelry case by breaking the law.”

The one who helped in creating one of the biggest messes around is strongly protesting that he did nothing wrong when he had a daughter out of wedlock.

Proving that the apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree, Michael Lohan is speaking out on the fact that he was proven to be the father of a 17-year-old girl… you know, the one that was proven on a talk show.

Michael says that when his now known daughter, Ashley Horn was conceived, he and ~~Rachel Green~~ Dina Lohan were “on a break” in their marriage, so he did nothing wrong.

He called his favorite people in the world, TMZ to give his side of the story; saying that he didn’t cheat on his wife as they were “separated and living separately at the time for 8 months.”

As for the claim that Lindsay didn’t know about Ashley (she’s been going around saying that she had no idea of her half-sister), Mike says his daughter is doing something she does all too well: lying through her teeth.

“Dina has been telling our children that Ashley is my daughter for years, without even knowing the results”, he claims. “So how could this be news to our children?”

Doesn’t really matter, since Ashley seemingly feels the same; not wanting anything to do with that ~~crazy ass~~ side of the family.
