Lindsay Screwed Up Again — And Today Is Tuesday

File this under “things we saw coming”.

Remember that huge accident hot mess queen Lindsay Lohan got back into in June, where she crashed a rented Porsche into the back of an 18-wheeler? Remember how she lied after the accident and said she wasn’t driving, even though there were loads of witnesses and her assistant even said differently?

Well, it’s all caught up to her and she will be charged with a misdemeanor by the Santa Monica City Attorney’s Office.

From TMZ:

The charge could spell huge trouble for Lindsay, because she’s currently on probation for the jewelry heist.  The criminal filing could trigger a probation violation, and Judge Stephanie Sautner– the jewelry judge — could send her to the slammer for a long, long time.

More after the jump.

R. Kelly Sings For Security

The show must always go on!

Over the weekend, R&B crooner R. Kelly was in the middle of his show at the Nokia Theatre in Downtown Los Angeles when two women got into a scuffle over a seating issue.

Before things got too overheated, the self-proclaimed “pied piper of R&B” stopped the song he was in the middle of and called sang for security.

That’s right — he sang for security.

A few moments later, one of the fighters was removed and the show went on as scheduled.

Wonder if that’s going to be included on the next Trapped In The Closet installment, coming this Thanksgiving weekend?

Beyoncé Loves Barack Obama

Who runs the world? Obama!

Understanding just how important this Election Day is, Beyoncé took the day quite seriously, showing off that she made her voice heard at the polls (via her Tumblr) while showing her strength behind our current leader, President Barack Obama.

She also posted a very sweet handwritten note for the POTUS (President Of The United States) via her official website, expressing just what he means to her:

“President Obama,

Everyday we see your heart and character, inspiring all of us to give more of ourselves.

You are the leader to take us from where we are to where we need to be.

You are the reason my daughter and nephew will grow up knowing that they can truly be ANYTHING they want to be.

All my respect and adoration,
Beyoncé”

Bey’s been showing her love for years: she performed at his inauguration back in 2008, posted another letter to the FLOTUS  (First Lady of The United States) Michelle, hosted a fundraiser with husband Jay-Z for his re-election and re-wrote her hit, “Get Me Bodied” for the First Lady’s exercise campaign, “Let’s Move”.

Let’s hope her backing helps… and if you haven’t already, GET OUT THERE AND VOTE!

You can check out the handwritten version of the sweet note after the jump.

Rihanna’s “Unapologetic” Tracklist – Includes Unapologetic Duet Choice

I suppose nothing shocks us when it comes to one of the world’s biggest pop stars.

Rihanna decided to appease her fans today by releasing the track listing to her upcoming Unapologetic album via her Instagram — handwritten.

Some of the song titles do sort of show the overkill of releasing seven albums in seven years with their simple and sometimes childish nature (“Right Now” and “What Now”, “Loveeeeeee Song”, which I’m seriously hoping is just some type of cutesy thing), but there are a couple of interesting collaboration choices.

Info after the jump.
