Hell must officially be freezing over.

Lindsay Lohan currently has a moment of relaxation coming to her after quite an eventful weekend, which included a failed intervention staged by her father (and apparently, her entire “team”), Michael (cops were called, no one was arrested; she wants a restraining order, you know the deal). But at the very least, one somewhat crazy chapter of her life is closed.

Prosecutors have officially dropped the charges against the troubled actress regarding the hit-and-run that really wasn”t in New York City a couple of months ago.

She was set to appear in court for the non-mishap that occurred at the Dream Hotel back in September, but the people going after her felt that there wasn’t enough evidence to push forth a trial, so it was fully dropped.

She still is planning to sue the guy who she feels “defamed” her.

You know what, LiLo? Let that one go, too… and just go back to work. Remember you used to be an actress?
