British pop group (and as you already know, one of my favorites) One Direction have one less thing to stress as they prepare for their performance on tonight’s Video Music Awards: they get to keep their name!

Following a lawsuit against them, Simon Cowell and their record company by an American group of the same name, who were then countersued; the two sides have reached an agreement and unknown amount of money to keep the peace. The American group will now be known as “Uncharted Shores” and One Direction will continue to be known as One Direction.

Peace between the bands: that’s what makes them beautiful!
