Taylor Swift released the video to her track, “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” last week and… it’s just weird.

The video follows a relationship that seems to keep blowing up and coming back together and while that makes sense, it’s everything else that doesn’t. The “join along” hand movements? The bands in animal costumes?

It’s official, y’all: all of those break-ups have caused her to lose her mind. It’s sad, really.
