Not even two months have passed since the death of Sylvester Stallone‘s son, Sage, but unfortunately, he is grieving once more today: his half-sister, Toni Ann Filiti passed away on Sunday at the age of 48.

Toni had been suffering with lung cancer.

“What a terrible month,” Stallone’s mother Jackie told the Daily News “First Sage and now Toni. It’s hard. He said he can’t take any more pain.”

Toni leaves behind a son, which Jackie said Sly would “always be there” for.

Our condolences, once again, go out to the Stallone family through this very trying time.
