As of this afternoon, the union of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes is 100% over.

The final papers were signed off by a judge in a New York courtroom, officially capping the couple’s nearly six-year marriage which surprisingly ended in late June.

“Tom is very happy and relieved that he is moving forward,” says a source who’s close with the couple. “His priority is being a good father and this settlement will make sure that continues.”

Settlements based on custody surrounding their daughter, Suri and other issues, were worked out last month in a matter of days. The details were never released.
