Well, you are who you hang with.

Lindsay Lohan decided to let her hair down Sunday night when she, two friends and her younger brother, Cody hit up an “all-night house party” in the Hollywood Hills. When Lindsay departed early Monday morning, the owner of the house had a bit of a problem along the inevitable mess I’m sure the partiers left behind — there were several wristwatches and sunglasses missing, which were definitely on the high-end of payment.

The man ordered all of the guests to say and called police, but Lindsay didn’t stick around for too long.

The cops approached Lindsay and began asking questions.  Lindsay then asked, “Am I a suspect?”  A cop answered, “No.”  Lindsay — who knows a thing or 2 about her legal rights — blew them off and left.

The owner of the house believes that the two men Lindsay brought to the party alongside herself and her brother are the culprits.

Are you sure, sir? This really wouldn’t be the first time something went missing with Lindsay around!

The case is currently under investigation.
