Bobby Brown Goes To Rehab

You would think he would do so much sooner, but… *shrugs*

Bobby Brown entered a rehab clinic for alcoholism earlier this week, TMZ reports. According to the people closest to him, the R&B singer admitted himself after realizing that “he couldn’t do it on his own”.

His antics have been well known for many years, including the now infamous Primetime Live interview with then-wife Whitney Houston, where he said he smoked weed “maybe every other day”.

Brown claims that he “he needed help and wants to make the best out of the rest of his life for his children’s sake.”

One of his children may not actually believe this — TMZ ran into daughter, Bobbi Kristina and when asked if her father may actually rise above his many demons, she said that it’s not the term they should use.

“Not at all.”

Ouch… here’s hoping he proves her wrong.

Halle Berry Takes Salma Hayek To Court

Misleading title — go!

Halle Berry is currently dealing with her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry over custody and residence of their daughter, Nahla. The issue: Halle feels that she should raise her young daughter in France, considering their laws against paparazzi are much stronger than here in the States.

In a possible power move, her lawyers have filed a declaration by actress/friend Salma Hayek help push Halle’s way of seeing things. Salma is in France quite often and claims that she “doesn’t have to deal with the kind of paparazzi crushes she gets when she’s in the United States.”

A ruling has yet to be decided.

Evelyn Lozada Files For Divorce

After 41 days of wedded bliss and a gash on her forehead from her angry husband, Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada filed for divorce on Wednesday.

Of course this most likely stems from the argument and attack that occurred earlier this month when Lozada confronted husband, Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson over his infidelity. In the papers, she stated that the marriage was “irretrievably broken.”

Chad released a statement earlier this week saying that he loved Evelyn “to death” and apologized to his fans as well, promising that he would “stay positive and get through this tough period in my life.”

Yeah… we feel really bad for you, dude.

Lady GaGa Defends Her Inner Cruella

The one thing Lady GaGa is always known for is her love of fashion, whether it’s a dress made out of meat, a dress made out of Kermit the Frog dolls or as of late, nothing at all.

But when it comes to her love of fur, there has been a bit of an attack on the Born This Way singer. After wearing some furry creations in public as of late and the inevitable backlash of doing so, she took her naysayers to task via a letter on her fan site, LittleMonsters.com

“I want you to know that I care deeply about your feelings and views, and I will always support your philosophies about life. I do not however support violent, abusive, and childish campaigns for ANY CAUSE.”

More after the jump.

Shia LeBeouf Is Done With The Movie Industry

Ever heard of the saying, “Don’t bite the hand that feeds you?”

Apparently, actor Shia LeBeouf hasn’t.

Having had enough of the big movie scene, he revealed his feelings about doing them with The Hollywood Reporter this week.

“I’m done. There’s no room for being a visionary in the studio system. It literally cannot exist.”

Interesting enough, it might be the other way around: his negative comments against Steven Spielberg, who he worked on with on the Transformers movies as well as Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull may have shot his own burgeoning action star career in the face.

“[Spielberg] told me there’s a time to be a human being and have an opinion, and there’s a time to sell cars. It brought me freedom, but it also killed my spirits because this was a dude I looked up to like a sensei.”

It’s kind of hard to feel sympathy when you’re making millions and millions, dude.
