I actually have another reason to watch now.

It was announced that comedian Kevin Hart will host this year’s Video Music Awards on MTV. The last couple of years haven’t had much luck in that department; they actually went unhosted (although Kevin introduced the show last year).

With the announcement came the first promo for the show, which features Kevin interacting with the most talked about couple at the moment — Kimye (that would be Kanye West and his “perfect bitch”, Kim Kardashian).

Pink and Alicia Keys have been added to the growing list of performers for the ceremony, along with One Direction (yay!).

The 2012 MTV Video Music Awards will air September 6th.
